Kelly became my beautician during the summer of 2009. I found her by asking a young lady in the grocery store who styled her hair. Her hair was beautifully cute. I was in need of someone who could style and manage my hair. I had recently had a bad experience with a stylist I tried. All of my hair was natural for 2-3 years. I went to the individual for a sew-in. She insisted she put a texturizer on my edges. She texturized all of my hair and the sew-in wasn't done well either. Kelly has been more than just my beautician. She has been a sister, a friend, an encourager, and who she felt I needed her to be when I sat in her chair. I always feel like I have had a day at the spa after my appointment with Kelly. Over the years, Kelly has styled my hair in short Bob haircuts, mid length styles, as well as very long sew-ins. My hair has been chemical free for 8 years; Kelly has always given me her expert opinion on what is best for my hair. So, Kelly adds color to my extensions when I go to my protective style of choice, which is a sew-in. Kelly encourages a resting period for my natural hair to help it to stay healthy.
